Jupiter Will Make Its Closest Pass to Earth on Monday
In awe, I watched the waxing moon ride across the zenith of the heavens like an ambered chariot towards the ebony void of infinite space wherein the tethered belts of Jupiter and Mars hang, for ever festooned in their orbital majesty. And as I looked at all this I thought... I must put a roof on this toilet. - Les Dawson
I won't go into detail today, other than to remind fam that Comet Shoemaker–Levy 9 (formally designated D/1993 F2) collided with Jupiter in July 1994 - the year we got married.
I would love to take a drive to where the city lights can't reach, just to watch this beautiful planet sliding by.

I'd love to write more on the topic. The brain fuzz is bad today.
