Does Democracy Teeter, Part VII

Have things become so evil that witnesses and legislators must be escorted from the Chamber due to threat to life and limb? It is repugnant that there exists a movement willing to follow a dictator - a movement comprised of ignorant individuals that refuse to accept that they, too, are subject to the very noose the MAGA Party currently waves at those it counts as foes.

I need to make that distinction between the Right/Far Right and those that promote or  follow Trump's treasonous screed. As is evident during these hearings, there are genuine Republican leaders that honor their oath and take their office seriously.

I greatly respect their choice to do what is right rather than what is easy.
